Thank you so much to you and Dayna for creating such a spectacular meal and entire dining experience for my guests and I last night.
Everyone was simply blown away by the incredible food you prepared, the stories behind the Queensland produce, and the way you created such a magical fine dining experience in a relaxed, home environment. It was truly flawless.

Chef Tony cooked an amazing and delicious 4 course meal for 12 for my 50th birthday. 3 weeks on and we are all still talking about how fantastic a night it was, eating locally sourced and grown ingredients. "We are so delighted we found Chef Tony! We celebrated a milestone birthday with a private dinner party at our house and had Tony and his wife Michelle come in and provide a fully chef catered event. The results were spectacular. There were 15 of us and Tony delivered 4 courses, cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. The best part (apart from the food) was Tony's interaction with our guests. His passion for his food coupled with his personable approach meant his explanation of each course was eagerly awaited and listened to by everyone. The next day everyone could not stopping talking about the food, the presentation, Tony himself and the over professionalism of the evening. Everyone had a different favorite! Tony also provided all the crockery which was a great benefit as it meant everything matched. At the end of the night, my kitchen was left spotless. We would highly recommend engaging Tony if you are thinking of an in home catered event. We think we may have to create another event just to have him back!"

Chef Tony came to our house and cooked an amazing 5 course menu for my wife's birthday, the food was amazing, we loved the fact that he explained all about the produce and where it came from. Tony was so easy to get along with, great conversationalist, we felt that we had known him for years. We would recommend Tony for any function, you will not be disappointed. Dinner by Chef Tony Tierney in our own home, absolutely amazing! What an incredible birthday gift with my family. Highly recommend his food coma cuisine! They came, they cooked, they served with detailed explanations of every meal (4 courses), designed and made to the finest of restaurant quality and cleaned up. They supplied and did everything, I just decorated the table. So professional, enjoyable people to welcome into our home with such a unique service!
