In consultation with guests, Chef Tony will create a 4 course exclusive degustation menu. Each course is then carefully and strategically paired with premium wines by Sam. This results in the guests enjoying a heightened dining experience where all the taste sensations are moved.
Dining Experience inclusions:
4 course custom menu created for each individual event
5 hours in-house Chef (inlcudes cooking time, serving and cleaning)
4 course premium wine matching with full Sommelier service
3 hours in-house Sommelier/Host (includes set up and pack down)
Plates and cutlery for each course
‘Riedel’ varietal specific glassware for each wine
Starting from $460 pp (price may vary depending on chosen wine)
Minimum 10 guests, suitable for intimate groups 10 -16 people.
